Outpatient Rehab at The Ridge: Why Choose Us?
The substance use disorder partial hospitalization program (PHP) at The Ridge is for adults 18 and older. You may be stepping down from our inpatient substance use disorder program. Or you may enroll directly into our outpatient substance use program after your initial assessment.
Whether you’re dealing with addiction to drugs or alcohol, we can help. Our outpatient rehab program meets five days a week:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (We provide lunch.)
- Thursday and Friday
Seeking treatment for addiction isn’t easy. Our staff is specially trained to help you recover. We provide a supportive, empathetic environment so you feel empowered to heal.
At The Ridge, you’ll find:
- Evidence-based treatment: We provide evidence-based treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You learn the coping skills you need to help you recover.
- Skilled care providers: You work with therapists, an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and an aftercare specialist, who supports you after completing the program. Our staff coordinates your care so you can focus on recovery.
- Structured environment: Your days are structured with group therapy, psychoeducation groups, coping skills groups and wellness groups. These groups provide an understanding, empathetic environment so you can heal and move forward.
- Small groups: Therapy sessions are limited to 12 people so you can get the attention and care you need.
- Dual-diagnosis track: If you are dealing with mental health issues in addition to a substance use disorder, you can receive treatment for both with our dual-diagnosis track.
- Transportation services: Transportation options may be available – please contact us to learn more.

- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): This treatment approach teaches you how to change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): You learn skills to help you manage difficult emotions, deal with stress and improve your relationships.
- Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT): This treatment helps you improve your psychological flexibility, which is the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
