Admissions and Referrals
It starts with a phone call. When you or someone you care about is in crisis, it is hard to know what to do. The Ridge offers level of care assessments to make recommendations for mental health treatment and guide you to the next step.
The Ridge accepts referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from individuals, family members or professionals.
Insurance Information
The Ridge accepts payment from Medicare, Medicaid (inpatient for all ages) and most commercial insurance and managed care plans. The Ridge will assist in obtaining precertification from insurance carriers for the appropriate level of care.
Referral Information
The following information will be helpful when making a referral for services:
- Patient information (name, address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, custody and/or guardian status)
- Reason for referral
- Treatment history
- Current outpatient treatment provider
- Previous psychiatric or substance use disorder treatment
- Primary care physician
- Insurance information
