Virtual IOP at The Ridge: Why Choose Us?
A busy schedule doesn’t have to keep you from getting the mental health care you need. Our online intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets in the evenings so you can still attend work or school.
The program meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. To attend, you need a laptop or tablet and a private place where you won’t be interrupted.
We understand you have a busy life. With virtual IOP, you can recover from mental health issues while maintaining your day-to-day responsibilities.
At The Ridge, you’ll find:
- Evidence-based treatment: Your treatment is grounded in current research and our clinical knowledge. You learn healthy coping tools to help you heal.
- Skilled care providers: You work with therapists, an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and an aftercare specialist, who sets you up for success after you finish the program. They collaborate to tailor treatment to your needs.
- Structured schedule: You attend group therapy sessions, psychoeducation groups and coping skills groups. These help keep your recovery on track.
- Small groups: We offer small groups of no more than 12 people so you get the focused care you deserve.
- In-person option: Our IOP treatment program is also available in person. It meets Monday through Thursday.
