IOP Treatment Program at The Ridge: Why Choose Us?
You don’t have to deal with mental health issues alone. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) helps adults 18 and older heal from mental health disorders in a group setting. The program meets Monday through Thursday.
IOP is a step above traditional therapy. Instead of meeting with a therapist once a week, you attend several group therapy sessions throughout the week. This approach provides more structure and support to aid in your recovery. You get the tools you need while living at home.
We provide a warm, empathetic environment dedicated to your healing. Our staff customizes treatment to your needs.
At The Ridge, you’ll find:
- Evidence-based treatment: You receive evidence-based treatments that are grounded in research and our clinical knowledge. These may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which help you learn healthy coping tools.
- Skilled care providers: Our staff includes therapists, an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and an aftercare specialist, who provides support after you finish the program. They work together to tailor your treatment plan.
- Structured environment: Your daily schedule includes group therapy, psychoeducation groups and coping skills groups. This structured environment helps you stay on track to recover.
- Small groups: We limit groups to no more than 12 people so you get the attention you need.
- Transportation services: Transportation options may be available – please contact us to learn more.
- Virtual option: Our IOP treatment program is also available online.
