Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder

Adolescent Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program

Our adolescent substance use disorder intensive outpatient program serves adolescents ages 12 to 17 (or 18 if still in high school). Treatment consists of psychoeducational and process groups as well as multi-family groups. The 12-step recovery model is strongly emphasized and integrated along with The Seven Challenges Program.

The Seven Challenges Model is an evidence-based health decision model designed for substance abusing and dependent adolescents to motivate decisions and commitments to change. Once such decisions and commitments are made, the program guides adolescents towards implementing the desired changes.
